Well the sun was not shinning yesterday and even though I am a labrador I don't actually like getting wet.  I don't mind a swim in the river or the sea but walking in the rain is not my idea of fun - why Oh why Aunty Lynne thought it was a good idea I am not really sure.  Anyway off we went in that old truck (which by the way I am now quite fond off!) down to the beach.  There were lots and lots of dogs there and one big black dog came bounding over to me and I have to say I was just a little scared and had to hide behind Aunty Lynne's legs.  She was very supportive and told me not to be such a whimp and I was allowed on my long training lead to go and play with him.  Wow it was so much fun that I forgot that it was raining.  I was a little naughty, I have to admit as he had a ball which I took quite a fancy too and so I stole it - well it was his fault - far too slow!  Anyway I wasn't that bad as I sat when I was told to, dropped it and was rewarded with that clicker thingy and a treat.  Oh life is so much fun!
